Assistant Director
There are three Assistant Director roles - one remains unfilled.

You will report to the Artistic Director and work with the Producer. You will also liaise with the Project Manager and the Administrator

You will be responsible for scheduling, timetabling and attending all production meetings and rehearsals in connection with your play. You will prepare the agendas, allocate the actions and ensure they are carried out fully and in a timely and professional manner.

You will ensure correct and up-to-date scripts and scores are available to the cast, choir and musicians of your play.

You will also manage the volunteer work shadow assigned to you, or instead a three month paid intern, assess their capabilities, developmental and training needs, provide ongoing feedback and training, set performance objectives, and assess and discuss overall performance.

From July through September 2021, working 10 hours per week.


Admin Support for Professionals
You will report to the Artistic Director (AD) and work closely with the Project Manager, Producer and Co-Producers

Your role will require you to:
1.take and circulate notes of all in person and online production meetings;
2. co-ordinate meeting schedules, and liaising between production groups;
3. print scripts and music;
4.source information, and deal with assigned correspondence;
5. scan documents, and undertake electronic filing and archiving .

You will also manage the volunteer work shadows assigned to you, assess their capabilities, developmental and training needs, provide ongoing feedback and training, set performance objectives, and assess and discuss overall performance

The appointment is from June 2021 for a period of 16 weeks, spread over 4 days, including some evenings. Hours and location of work are flexible, by arrangement, but proximity to St Just is essential. The rate of pay is £9.28 per hour

3 month Internship at National Living Wage (1)
You will report to the Artistic Director (AD) and whoever he appoints someone to manage you.

Your responsibilities connected with Project support will include:
1. reviewing, monitoring and updating the project plan for the 2021 Ordinalia productions
2. reconciling payments made with the cash flow forecast, and highlighting any necessary updates to the forecast;
3. attending project meetings, writing and circulating notes and action points;
ensuring correct documents electronically archived

As an intern, you will be assessed by your manager assess your capabilities, developmental and training needs. You will be provided with ongoing feedback and training, set performance objectives, and assessed on your overall performance, which you will have the opportunity to discuss.

From July through September 2021, working 26 hours per week.


3 month Internship at National Living Wage (2)
You will report to the Artistic Director (AD)and whoever he appoints to manage you

Your responsibilities connected with Marketing support will include:
1. reviewing, monitoring and updating the marketing plan for the 2021 Ordinalia productions
2. helping design artwork; proof reading promotional literature and publications;
3. contacting marketing and ticketing agencies, and tourist organisations, for updates;
4. ensuring correct documents electronically archived
5. providing front line support fro enquiries from the public and the media
updating the website

As an intern, you will be assessed by your manager assess your capabilities, developmental and training needs. You will be provided with ongoing feedback and training, set performance objectives, and assessed on your overall performance, which you will have the opportunity to discuss.

From July through September 2021, working 26 hours per week.
